The Edible Schoolyard Project envisions gardens and kitchens becoming interactive classrooms for academic subjects, and for every student to have a free, nutritious, organic lunch. ESY Project runs the Edible Schoolyard Berkeley, as well as an online network supporting edible education programs around the world—not just in public schools, but in all institutions caring for the health and welfare of children.
