Grilled California white seabass with sorrel and potato gratin, Tokyo turnips, haricots verts, and beurre nantais

Coq au vin:
Root Down Farm chicken braised in red wine; with pearl onions, smoky bacon, and chanterelle mushrooms
OCTOBER 20
Paella di mariscos:
Traditional Catalan paella cooked over the fire with local fish and shellfish; with Early Girl tomato confit and aïoli
OCTOBER 27
Cochon à la broche:
Spit-roasted Becker Lane Farm pork loin stuffed with prunes and pistachios; with wild mushrooms, arrowhead cabbage, and roasted baby carrots

Three course meal, $135 per person
Wine pairing: $75 per person
We always offer a vegetarian substitution. However, we cannot make any other modifications or changes to our Restaurant menus.
A 17% supplementary charge is automatically added to your bill and contributes to wages and benefits for all Chez Panisse employees.
Tips left by our guests are directly distributed and shared by the dining room, dish room, and kitchen employees working today who helped create your dining experience.
