MONDAY NIGHT DINNERS IN THE RESTAURANT – NOVEMBER–DECEMBER 2025

NOVEMBER 24
Cassoulet:
Grilled garlicky sausage and duck confit with shell beans, chanterelle mushrooms, and mesclun salad

DECEMBER 1
Poisson grillé:
Grilled local white seabass with zinfandel-butter sauce; with leeks, new potatoes, fennel fritters, and rocket salad

DECEMBER 8
Italian porchetta:
Becker Lane Farm pork roast cooked in the hearth with roasted Brussels sprouts, chicory salad, and salsa verde

DECEMBER 15
Blanquette de volaille:
Root Down Farm chicken cooked in sauce suprême; with black trumpet mushrooms, baby carrots, and pearl onions

DECEMBER 22
Choucroute garnie:
House-cured sauerkraut braised with apples and riesling; with spit-roasted pork loin, bacon, garlic sausage, and marble potatoes

DECEMBER 29
Steak frîtes:
Grilled Stemple Creek Ranch New York steak with crispy potatoes, baby carrots, Little Gem lettuces, and sauce béarnaise

Prices unless otherwise noted:
Three course meal, $135 per person
Wine pairing: $75 per person

We always offer a vegetarian substitution. However, we cannot make any other modifications or changes to our Restaurant menus.


A 17% supplementary charge is automatically added to your bill and contributes to wages and benefits for all Chez Panisse employees.

Tips left by our guests are directly distributed and shared by the dining room, dish room, and kitchen employees working today who helped create your dining experience.
