Braised Stemple Creek Ranch grass-fed beef short-ribs with spring carrots, pomme purée, and English peas

Spit-roasted Becker Lane Farm pork loin and garlic sausage with French lentils du puy, asparagus, and baby carrots

Wild king salmon grilled in a fig leaf with beurre blanc, asparagus, spring onions, and crispy potatoes

Wine pairing: $75 per person
We always offer a vegetarian substitution. However, we cannot make any other modifications or changes to our Restaurant menus.
A 17% service charge is added to your bill to ensure fair, equitable wages, and benefits for all Chez Panisse employees.
