Coq au vin:
Root Down Farm chicken braised in red wine; with pearl onions, smoky bacon,
and wild mushrooms
MARCH 10
Thon grillée:
Grilled albacore tuna with Maltaise sauce, marble potatoes, green asparagus,
and roasted baby carrots
MARCH 17
Poulet rôti:
Grilled Fogline Farm poussin al mattone with crispy potatoes, rainbow chard,
and chile-cumin butter
MARCH 24
Catalan Fideuà:
Traditional Spanish vermicelli cooked over the fire with local fish and shellfish;
with Little Gem lettuce, and aïoli
MARCH 31
Italian porchetta:
Klingman Family Farms pork roast cooked in the hearth with roasted cabbage, chicory salad, and salsa verde
Three course meal, $135 per person
Wine pairing: $75 per person
We always offer a vegetarian substitution. However, we cannot make any other modifications or changes to our Restaurant menus.
A 17% service charge is added to your bill to ensure fair, equitable wages, and benefits for all Chez Panisse employees.
