Grilled New York steak with summer chanterelles, crispy potatoes,
baby carrots, mesclun salad, and sauce béarnaise

Poulet grillé:
Grilled Fogline Farm poussin al mattone with straw potato cake,
peperonata, wild mushrooms, and herb salad

Thon à la Niçoise:
Grilled yellowfin tuna with green beans, marble potatoes,
heirloom tomatoes, basil, and Niçoise olives
AUGUST 25
Lamb à la ficelle:
Paicines Ranch lamb leg cooked in the hearth;
with cranberry beans, chanterelles, Early Girl tomato confit, and rocket salad
Prices unless otherwise noted:
Three course meal, $135 per person
Wine pairing: $75 per person
We always offer a vegetarian substitution. However, we cannot make any other modifications or changes to our Restaurant menus.
A 17% service charge is added to your bill to ensure fair, equitable wages, and benefits for all Chez Panisse employees.
Should you wish to acknowledge the staff for an exceptional experience, we have included an optional tip line. Tips go into a tip pool distributed among all employees, in both dining room and kitchen, who help to create your dining experience.
