Spit-roasted Becker Lane Farm pork loin stuffed with prunes and pistachios;
with crispy potatoes, asparagus, and morel mushrooms

Grilled local wild king salmon with fried spring onions, asparagus, roasted fennel,
and béarnaise sauce

Canard à la broche:
Whole spit-roasted Sonoma County duck;
with porcini mushrooms, roasted carrots, and sweet peas

Beef Wellington:
Grass-fed beef filet baked in puff pastry with mushroom duxelle and prosciutto;
with madeira demi-glace and glazed baby carrots

Boudin blanc:
House-made chicken and pork sausage;
with pomme purée, apricot mostarda, and haricots verts

Three course meal, $135 per person
Wine pairing: $75 per person
