Devil’s Gulch Ranch rabbit braised with olives and white wine;
with baby carrots, roasted fennel, and new potatoes

Côte de cochon grillé:
Grilled Heritage pork chop with marble potatoes, asparagus, and sauce gribiche

Pithivier au canard:
Sonoma County duck breast and morel mushroom savory galette;
with asparagus, Madeira demi-glace, and mesclun salad

Three course meal, $135 per person
Wine pairing: $75 per person
We always offer a vegetarian substitution. However, we cannot make any other modifications or changes to our Restaurant menus.
A 17% supplementary charge is automatically added to your bill and contributes to wages and benefits for all Chez Panisse employees.
